How to Request & Delete Your Data

adslogic.co values your privacy. In accordance with Facebook Platform Rules and international data privacy regulations, you have full control over your data. You can disconnect your social profiles, request data deletion, or delete your account at any time.

Method 1: Delete via Facebook / Meta App Settings

If you authenticated via Facebook or connected a Facebook Page, Group, or Instagram Business account to adslogic.co, you can revoke access and request deletion of your Facebook User Data through your Facebook settings:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Apps and Websites.
  3. Locate adslogic.co in the list of active apps.
  4. Click the Remove button next to the application name.
  5. In the confirmation modal, check the option to "Delete posts, videos or events adslogic.co posted on your timeline" if desired, and click Remove.
  6. To request permanent deletion of previously synced data, click on View Removed Apps and Websites, select adslogic.co, and click Send Request.

Method 2: Remove Connected Accounts in adslogic.co

You can selectively disconnect individual social accounts without deleting your primary user profile:

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Go to your Workspace Dashboard → Social Accounts & Sources.
  3. Find the connected channel (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, or YouTube).
  4. Click the Disconnect / Remove button.
  5. All stored OAuth access tokens, page permissions, and scheduled draft posts for that account will be immediately deleted from our active database.

Method 3: Full Account & Personal Data Deletion Request

To request the complete and permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data from our systems:

Send an email directly from the email address registered with your account:

  • Recipient: [email protected]
  • Subject Line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email]
  • Information to Include: Your full name, account email address, and any specific social media IDs you wish to expunge.

What Data Is Purged Upon Deletion?

When an account deletion request is finalized, the following data is permanently purged:

  • Profile Information: Name, email address, user avatar, and contact details.
  • Authentication Credentials: Social platform access tokens, refresh tokens, and API secret keys.
  • Content & Media: Scheduled posts, captions, media uploads, draft schedules, and approval history.
  • Analytics & Metrics: Historical engagement statistics, cached audience data, and reporting logs.

Processing Timeline

Immediate disconnection of API credentials occurs instantaneously. Complete deletion of backups and database archives is processed within 30 days of confirmation, in compliance with GDPR Art. 17 and CCPA requirements.
