To utilize our publishing, calendar, analytics, and automation tools, you must register an account and maintain accurate workspace information:

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.
• Organization and workspace administrators are responsible for managing member roles and client access permissions.

3. Connected Social Channels & Third-Party Platform Rules

Our platform interacts with third-party social networks including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and Google:

• You agree to comply with all terms of service and community guidelines of each connected social media platform.
• You warrant that you possess all necessary administrative rights and authorizations to manage and publish content to any connected profile, page, or channel.
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party social networks, including token expirations, account suspensions, or rate-limiting enforced by the platforms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Publish or distribute spam, hate speech, defamatory content, harassment, or infringing material.
• Violate any applicable national or international laws or regulations.
• Interfere with, compromise the integrity of, or decipher transmissions to or from our servers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of our platform.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis according to the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Data Ownership, Account Termination & Deletion

You retain full intellectual property ownership of all content, graphics, and text you upload or publish through adslogic.co. You can terminate your account and request complete data purging at any time in accordance with our User Data Deletion Instructions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, adslogic.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
